About

Jennifer Klaus is a scientist, who has found a passion for ceramics after moving to Prince Edward Island in 2019.

Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Jennifer first moved to New Brunswick to complete a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She then went onto completing a Master of Science in Agriculture in Nova Scotia, before moving to Prince Edward Island.

Having a science background, Jennifer enjoys explores new techniques of pottery, while being inspired by florals, elegance and simplicity. Pidellä Pottery was first created in 2021, after Jennifer completed classes at the PEI Potters Studio, then became a member.
